- 3 large ripe bananas

- 2 cups self rising flour (if you don't have self-rising you can make your own with 2 cups all purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + 1 tsp salt)
- 6 tbsp cold unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp buttermilk
