7 Three Ingredient Dinners to Make this Week
Salt, pepper, and other toppings can be added if you would like!
1. Ham and Cheese Rollups
All you need are 3 ingredients for these scrumptious ham and cheese rollups! Beyond delish dunked in mustard or horseradish sauce, and incredibly easy to make for weeknights!
These super simple Ham and Cheese Rollups knocked us both off our seats! Just toss your ham and cheese onto a batch of stretched out pizza dough, roll it up tight, and pinch the edges to seal. In under an hour, it crisps up into a beautifully golden, gooey loaf!
Each slice is full of scrumptious, hearty lick-your-plate goodness. Crazy delicious dunked in your favorite spicy mustard and served with a big green salad on the side. You can also substitute ham for your favroite deli meat of choice! Head to The Comfort of Cooking for this recip!
2. BBQ Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Tender sweet potatoes stuffed with shredded BBQ chicken make the most hearty, mouthwatering weeknight meal! Just 3 ingredients and 30 minutes. You won’t believe how easy these are!
These tasty stuffed taters have been on my must-try list for ages. Not to mention, they’re nutritional powerhouses, loaded with vitamins C and D, which help knock winter colds, boost energy and keep your hair, skin and nails looking healthy!
Combined with the two foods we always have in the house (chicken and BBQ sauce – just use your favorite), dinner was decided. And it was absolutely delicious! After just over 30 minutes of roasting, the sweet potatoes were perfectly soft and begging to be stuffed with tender BBQ chicken. Tangy, sweet, salty and melt-in-your-mouth good were the words that came to mind between bites. Served with a quick green salad, these made for a healthy and scrumptious meal. 3. Easy 3 Ingredient Chili
This easy to make, delicious to eat, easy 3 ingredient chili recipe has three basic ingredients that you can build upon to make your ultimate chili that’s perfect for any occasion or dinner!
All you need is is a pound of cooked and drained ground beef, a can of chili beans (undrained) and a can of chili ready diced tomatoes ( I use Hunts Seasoned Diced Tomato Sauce for Chili). Mix the meat, beans and tomatoes together in large pot, bring it to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes.
At this point, you have a great bowl of thick and hearty chili. It serves four to six people and has a great flavor just on it’s own. But sometimes I like to get creative, and I’ll add in some extra ingredients to make it even better, such as cheese, sour cream, etc. Head to I Heart Naptime for this great recipe!
4. Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken
Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken is one of our favorite easy slow cooker recipes. Pair fresh lemon and garlic with your favorite fresh herbs, and the combination is always delicious. It’s perfect for when the weather warms up and you don’t want to turn on the oven. Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken is adapted from my popular recipe for Slow Cooker Chicken. Both recipes are so easy to make, and the chicken in incredibly juicy and flavorful.
To make lemon garlic chicken in the slow cooker, start by slicing fresh lemons and garlic and laying them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add any fresh herbs that sound good. I used fresh rosemary, but fresh thyme would be wonderful as well. Head to Number 2 Pencil for this great recipe!
5. Baked Thai Salmon
I love broiling salmon instead of baking because it is such a delicate meat that cooks fast. A blast of heat on the outside is enough, just like with steak. You want fish to retain its natural juices and moisture. My kids didn’t find this salmon spicy at all and they are picky with spices. It was a perfect amount of a heat kick and nobody complained about sweetness. I would omit green onions for kids and a must for adults! Head to iFood Real for this great recipe!
6. Chicken Wings with Herbs and Honey
Easy 3-ingredient healthy chicken wings with herbs and honey! Whip up a super easy and fool-proof chicken wing recipe. All’s you need is 3 ingredients, folks! Of course you can whip up a delicious dipping sauce to go with the wings if you’d like, but these wings are plenty flavorful on their own.
This easy 3-ingredient appetizer recipe requires only chicken wings, Italian-style seasoning (or G2T’s #7 blend), and honey. I simply stuck my raw chicken wings in a bowl, tossed in the herb blend, and baked them in the oven. I then drizzled honey on the crispy wings, because: yum. If you like your food on the salty side, you can sprinkle a little sea salt on the wings prior to eating them, but I thought they were fine as is! Head to The Roasted Root for this great recipe!
7. 2-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
This delicious 2-ingredient slow cooker salsa chicken recipe could NOT be easier. Like, seriously. Add some avocado and tortillas to make it a full meal!
Either way, if you love Mexican shredded chicken, this one falls in the must-try category. Why? It only requires 2 ingredients. It takes less than 2 minutes to prep. And then once your slow cooker has worked its magic, it takes less than 2 minutes to shred. And then this wonderfully seasoned, simple, juicy, flavorful chicken is yours “2” enjoy on countless dishes. Head to Gimme Some Oven for this great recipe!
